Have not got sim card since last 50 days

Hi,

I had deposited Rs. 600 for new post paid connection to Lower Parel (Peninsula Tower branch) Mumbai.

But i have not got my card since last 50 days. They kept saying that i would get it in the next 1 or 2 days and atlast they told me that the card has already been activated and has been sent to my home. They callers name are Seema, Sweta, and Raj, Varun. These people have cheated me. My cell number-9867350139. If you get solution to this please conatct me.
