How do i call their customer care??

My internet is messed up. It only shows some sites and others, it just gives an error. So i tried to call customer care... through the numbers they provide on their Airtel website : 011-44444555. When i call this, the automatic robot speaker comes up... and gives options about my problem. When i finally say that i want to contact the customer care executive, the phone just hangs up? WHAT IS HAPPENING??? HOW DO I CONTACT THEM FOR HELP??
