Mirror No.postpaid Connection

Dear Sir,

I am user of Airtel Postpaid connection no.9810448284 and got a offer through SMS from airtel for a new Mirror no 9717448284.

I already diposit the 01 year advance rental of Rs.799 on 29 Feb as requested by Airtel outlet at Dwarka.

I received a sim card but till date my card is not avtivated.

I personally visit so many times at your Dwarka Outlet and call several times to your 121 customer care no, but there is no feedback and there is no solution of my problem

I spend my lots of time and money to visit your outlet but no outcome.

now i want to take an action and want to lodge a complaint at consumer Fourm about this.
