To begin with we all know how pathetic airtel customer care is. I think first of all they should remove the word 'care', it does not suit them. They are so pathetic that if there were awards for the worst customer service, they would win hands down, not only win, but also get a life time acheivment award for outstanding customer harrassment processes.

My case:-

I was asked to pay Rs 1700 in my Feb bill (apart from my actual monthly usage). On enquiring i was told i did not pay my feb Bill!!!

It took me 2 months and more than 6 hours of haggling with customer 'care' to get my feb bills to cross check. And surely I had paid, they had sent me two bills in feb because i had changed plans, hence the confusion. But they fail to understand that and hence have de-barred my connection.
