Activation of value added services

My mobile no is 9815762130. (Punjab). VAS pack 99 has been added irrespective of my request. and few days after the service provider activated pack for 50 too. I am not aware of these packs and only came to know after they deducted teh amount from my balance. I camplained and the request for deactivation was submitted. But now again they about to activate it on 18-04-08 for the next 30 days.
