have check in My bank there as of now the CH number which we have Gaven to Air Tel.
it is not come to Bank yet.
But I have lost many business be case of without information number got out of services.
I have called many time to Customer Cell.
when ever we are asking any thing to customer care they will use one setup ether send the SMS or they will post pone the task by saying some thing
Pls send me mail I want to Switch over the Services Provider to some else.
Air tel is costly services provider in country as of now . but earlier services is good .but now very poor services in any point technical and support Both
Send me final bill soft copy so I will pay it and close the account for ever

We would like to inform you that you have the option of choosing any of the below mentioned alternatives, for your mobile connection.
Migration
You also have the option of converting your Postpaid connection to a Prepaid one (Magic card). By doing this, you will be able to retain the same mobile number.
Transfer
The mobile connection can be transferred to any of your friend or relative in the city if you do not wish to retain the same in your name.
Safe Custody
The connection can be placed under Safe Custody, wherein you will be charged a nominal charge of Rs.99/- (plus 12.36% tax) per month. In such case, reactivation fee of Rs.250/- will not be charged at the time of reactivation. A connection can be kept under Safe Custody for a maximum period of 180 days. In case you wish to entail the safe custody option, the payment for the same will have to be sent along with a request for placing the connection under Safe Custody. Any pending payments against this mobile connection will also have to be cleared.
It would give us immense pleasure if you should reconsider your decision of canceling the above mobile connection.
Alternatively, you could view the status of your Service Request by dialing *121*15# (Toll Free) and press the call button, details will immediately appear on the screen and you could also dial 12115 (Toll Free) for the same.
