Deduction of balance

Dear sir,

My airtel no is 9760757795.My balance of Rs.49 has been deducted for surfing even when i hv not surfd the net.i made a complaint regarding this no. COVWC30830317103 AND RALSE40830652735

No action was taken and again an amount of Rs.107 was deducted saying that they are deducted for sms.even though i have recharged a msg card of Rs.85.i called up to complaint but your senior executive Mr. Sanjay kumar pandey (delhi) refused to register my complain and did not talk properly.

Atlast i have made up my mind to change my connection and take AIRCEL connection as now i feel its better.
