About network problem

Sir,

i have airtel sim whose no is 9934630812 in bihar.i am facig a lot of problem in this network.i am getting ring on my mobile but when i picking call, i am not able to listen any voice.

they have been also blocked my customer care service before 10 months. now, i am not able to make even complain to customer care because they blocked my customer care service.

and also i had written many mail to airtel but they are not giving any satisfactory answers.

pls help me...
