Refund Blackberry advance rental balance

Added Blackberry service by paying 1-year advance rental amount of Rs 6999/- in Oct on my wife's contract. Airtel credits prorated monthly amount of Rs899/- against each bill. Original contract in my wife's name was transferred Dec to my name to ease company reimbursement of Airtel call charges. Blackberry plan was transferred over to my name. But the remaining 9-month balance amount of the advance rental was not transferred; was also not reimbursed to my wife. So we requested Airtel in Mar to address this issue - by phone, by visiting service centre in person, by email to Airtel apellate authority in Karnataka, by phone to apellate authority. It remains unresolved, Airtel has switched off my number causing serious business inconvenience.
