Excess debit my account

I will purchase the airtel friend's prepaid card in last 10 days i will use it & my airtel friends outgoing charge is 10 paise per minute but i will call 25th april my outgoing charges will cut 2.40 paise per minut i will give complent in costomer care in 121 in 2 times he said technical problem that's why the extra money will charge i will give u the refund in mondat night 10 pm but my refund money is not coming pls send my refund
