I doing an Easy Recharge but not receiving the full talk time, But I receive a SNS from Airtel, you get 111 Rs. balance from pay 111 Rs

Dear Sir,

I want to say that, I am an Airtel SIM connection user. My name is Ajay

Ranjan. My SIM connection is for life time incoming. My Airtel Mobile no.

is 09893718082. This number is for Madhya Pradesh.

At dated April 09 I have received a message from the Airtel that for

the Life time users get Rs. 111 From Rs. 111 Recharge top up voucher. After

that I have recharge my mobile connection, but I have just received only

Rs. 73.79. I have already talked to costumer care regarding this matter but

he said that between 24 to 48 hours u will get remain balances. But after

that time I have not received that remain balances amount. Then I have done Complain.

And Now I not get any resoponse from Airtel side.

So I request you, please make an arrangement to credit my remain balances

to my mobile connection.

Hoping for favorable consideration and please do needful as soon as

possible.

I Received a SMS from Airtel on 09/04/08 & time 18:35 for

the Life time users get Rs. 111 From Rs. 111 Recharge top up voucher.

Then I Recharge (09/04/08 & time 19:20) 111 Rs. But I not get 111 Rs.

I get only 73.79 Rs.
