Less Talk Time

I top up my life time Airtel (Rajathan) No.9829370399 with Rs.100/- Yesterday night. but i receive only Rs.25/- . my plan says every time i will make the top up there will be full talk value will be add.

please rectifi my doubt, if i wrong.
