Hi my name is Ravi, two months back i have taken Airtel prepaid connection from one of Airtel dealer in pune i submitted all documents and i got a message from Airtel that my documents were updated successfully..my number is 9766797081.it has validity period upto dec.for last 2 days it is showing a message that your simcard registration failed.i approached Airtel gallery.they r saying that their computer is saying"subscriber is not available".they suggested me to take new connection.can anybody help me out. earlier i have a great belief on Airtel but now i came to know it is not a best customer supportive.
