Poor Service- Airtel

I am Krishna Kanth number 9963185050 Hyderabad. I have made a recharge of 125 with 111 talk time in Airtel Show room Begumpet. The gentleman has promised me that I will be getting an SMS in 30 min but it never happen. If I called 121 and say about this the reply from them is "they can not help on this" and hang up the phone with our listening any word and also they do not have any contact number for that show room.

I advice every body that please do not take Airtel connection, If you already done, please have their number for further reference.
