Illegal deduction of balance

Hi

i am madhu, i am a prepaid customer airtel mobile connection.the company has deducted my balance for sms ramayan portal service but i have not subscribe any ramayan portal sms service.they illegally done this.the company is so much fraud that when i called to customer care and told this they didnt speak to me and cut the line..

please take necessary steps.
