Number not activated at sector 15

Hi

I need a New connection in the name of my wife, so i visit airtel outlet in sector 15 on 12 March they charge 1000 rs for advance rental but number is not activated till now (29 April), I visited again and again but told some technical reason its not activated, and the also not refund my money, then i go to Airtel Outlet in Plot no 29, Bhoor colony opp sector 29, Global Televenture, they gave assurence of my amount and activate my number with in 2 hour, that a nice service, and money is also refund with in 7 days.
