We got call from Airtel Franchis for a plan called 199 DEAL PLAN Which provided full value talk time, Airtel to Airtel - 30 ps (1 Re.), Airtel to L/L - 50 ps (1 Re.), Airtel to others - 50 ps (1 Re), Values in parentesis are for STD calls. 100 sms free,
Caller ID - Life time free
Roaming Incoming free
Roaming outgoing - 1 Re
Billing cycle will every 45 days.
Security deposit Rs. 500/-, Sim Charges - Rs. 99/-
This plan was explained to us, and we 11 people in a group applied for the same on 18th of April. But there was no response from Airtel Franchis end. We enquired with ARC, with the help of Form No. they helped us to trace the Airtel Franchis Name i.e Meena collection.
Meanwhile we tried to contact Meena collection, but they didn't respond to our request.
After about 20 days delay one by one we started geting sim card, on enquiry with 121 Airtel Service we revelled that plan offered is BONANZA 199 PLAN, which is not we promised to get. This is ethical very wrong on the part of Airtel and their distributor too. Over and above five of us are stil to receive sim card.
Pl. help us to how to proceed to teach them a lesson.
