Deduct the balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile no. is 9958127400 (pre paid) of Airtel company. My balance was deducting by Re. 1 daily from almost 35 days, I dont know why, on 21/01 I called to custmer care then I come to know that the Mobile Bazar Service is activated in my mobile, but I don't know about this, Please refund my Balance. It is not my fault. The Airtel starts any of service without intimate any customer. Please refund my deducted amount.
