I recharged my mobile no.9933026044 with rs 498 on 26.5.2008 for gprs connection but service not yet been provided. I want to know whats my fault taking service from u. I have tried every thing that ur cc said to try. Is that customer care or careless by hareshing us. i m from purulia district, W.B.
