Deuction of Amount

Dear Sir,

I Naresh Singh Mobile Number-9622050918 is very dissatisfied with airtel. On the day of 26th of Jan I activated a internet of 50MB free by Rs 5 and same amount deducted from my account. But after that Rs 5.70 and Rs 39.

And 27th of Jan Rs 9.70 is also deducted from my account as browsing charge if 50MB is free what is meant by browsing charge. I used internet wef one year ago but browsing charge was 30KB per 30 paisa.

I used less internet but more amount deducted. Why it is happened? Call me and give reason. I think that is fraud of airtel.

I contacted to costomer care but no satisfied response given by them.
