MMs recived but could not access

I recived an mms on airtel fone. received the msg to log on airtelworld.com/mms and enter the pin no. but that site is not functioning. if the provider dosenot have any service like this then why cheating the public. althoug the money has been charged from the sender but the receiver cannot access the msg, worst service provided.sincere request to user to change the connection.vodafone is much better than this
