Without any reason detection of money

I am going to the consumar cort against the Airtel company because many times unknowingly they detect the money. I recharged my mobile with 50 rupees on dated 15-02 at 11:40 AM and I got near about 41 or 42 rupees but whole money was detected by the company peoples without any reason and my balance was zero. Again next day I recharged with 50 rupees on dated 16-02 at 10:16 AM and they also detect the money on same day and my balance was zero again. For both cases I called the custmor care and they ensured me that money will be return back within 2 days means upto 18-02 but I did not get the money. As I told to the custmor care person, if I will get the money than I will go against you in the consumer cort and they said yes you can go if money will not return back.

now I am going to do the case against the Airtel Company in the consumer cort.
