Reduction in a/c balance

I Miss. Trishla Umesh Mangtani a user of airtel prepaid no. 9970037026 had activated EJOKE, EGREET and ENEWS services on my number. Later when i wanted to unsubscribe for the services i had sent the msg for deactivation to 52206 and had also asked customer care executive to deactivate the service but the services have not been deactivated and there is a continous depriciation in my a/c balance.

please help
