No reply despite of repeated complaints

I am facing an small technical problem in the service provided by the Airtel. Usually after making a call we receive a message from the company which indicates the cost of the last call and Balance Talktime available to the prepaid customer.but due to some technical problem from the company's side i am not receiving the same.

I have lodged three complaints with the customer care and despite of continuous reminders the problem is not solved and only repeated assurance is given by the customer care executivesthat the same will be solved in 24 hours.

what should i do in this case.
