Abnormal Balance Deduction

On 2nd june at 9pm i've recharged my account with 200rs & for that i've got 100rs talk time. After making two std call for 4min & 3min my balance got reduced to 59.90rs.where as accordind to the new rule it suppose to deduct 6rs & 4.50rs resptly.so i called up customer care people but due to some unknown reason they don't say anything. Now after 2days they are saying that on 1st june i've requested them to activate a caller tune on my handset for that those 30rs has been deducted. But the fact is, on 1st june neither i have any balance to make that call nor i've receved the caller tune from Airtel. Now 30rs not a big deal but the thing is i'm feeling like being cheated. So i don't know what to do please rply & help me out from this occoured situation...
