Unexpected charge cutting

I am using power Rs 156, which will expire on 14th June, for that i receive local AtoA free Rs 1500. But 6th June i made a call to local Airtel no, it reduces my money from the original balance.

i called to the customer care immediately, where i got an answer that it will be repaid within 24 hours, but nothing has done yet. previously i face a similar problem but i dont get any help from your end. pl take care of this. thanking you in anticipations.
