The beheaviour of costomer care

Today i call c.care airtel for some problem.the problem i faced for the last 4 months.but there is no responce.am user of airtel kolkata circle.one of their c.care name Mukesh beheave very bad.n cut my call also n say just go whatever u will do see.is this fair? is this a relible company?
