I have made a request to change plan in the Month of Jan 08 and again in March 08, but couln't activated and all of sudden a Bill raised due on 9th June 08 with advance rental 2 year, and I made a complaiant to their call centre, they refused to rectify the Bill and again complaint to AIRTEL, they Now refused to rectified the bill whereas I requested them I will pay in a/c and rectify bill final bill will be paid in due course, whereas MY REQUEST IS NOT ENTERTAIN IN TIME, ITS COMPLETELY defficiency in SERVICE, Now Air tel refused to sort out and asking to submit the bill with ADVANCE RENTAL 2 year, I am not ready to pay, I am Now willing only my Mobile should be on the Old scheme, what ever Amt due on Old scheme is ready to pay even in a/c payment is ready to pay them before due date, they are not ready and pressing PAY FULL with advance rental 2 years,
hence bill is pending, I need following relief
1. Bill should be rectifiy with LATE charges payment on Old scheme
2. Mobile should not be discontinue (disconnect)
Please register my complaint take an approriate action
