GPRS settings to Mobile

Hi!

I'm a Airtel user and have a Chinese Phone, I need gprs settings for my phone but my service provider said that they unable to send gprs settings for this brand, after many complaint they send settings but it not work on. I think that any of Customer Care service is always unable to solve any problem.

Please if any of you suggest me another way to get gprs settings on my phone to enjoy internet.
