Charges in Bill

When i purchased my Airtel postpaid sim somewhere around 3rd Jan, i opted for STD pack as per this pack the Airtel is supposed to charge Rs. 1 per STD calls. The said pack was deactivated on 2nd April without any prior information (nor does the executive while purchasing told me that such pack is valid for 3 months) but the company is still charging me Rs. 50 for the STD and i am being charged Rs. 20.40 ps for each STD call. Whenever i called the customer care No. i did not get the satisfactory reply, on the contrary Airtel says that they are ready to waive Rs. 50 since it is favorable to them but i am a sufferer as i believing that i will be charged Rs. 1 for STD call i have done many calls which costed very dearly.
