i already request u that airtel have charaged Rs. 110.00 of using GPRS. but i never used this facility. please check my Using status. i request u to please waiver this amount & also waiver Rs.50/ of late fees & oblige. but till date or time i found no resposne. i can't able to depoist none uses amount my due date is over due to none resposne from urself. you are requested to please treat it as urgent. so that i can depoist my actual outstanding bill amount.
