Ecieving one sms several times

Hi sir i am mohd. fardeen khan from up and i have airtel connection 9997186023

sir i am totally unsatisfied with airtel because when i have complaint then i am unable to contact airtel customer care because there is no announcement of pressing key to customer care.

and my very serious complaint is this that my friend with number 07899515148

sends me sms but his each sms comes to me several times while i have asked him about this but he said he sends only one despite of this his each sms comes to me several times so iam very tensed about this.

i kindly request you to find solution to this problem soon i'll feel highly oblized if you get this work done
