Sub:- Regarding Delay in Activation of Mobile No.

919958604450 and demand of documentation by Air

Tel Authority.

Respected Sir/Madam,

It is to inform u that I have taken a new connection white Sl No. 048652894 under new sim No. 8991100802117002477 on Dt. 08-06 from Muskan Gift Gallary, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. After submission of necessary required documents.

You will surprise to learn that my mobile was activated on 10-06 in afternoon after so many calls to Air Tel customer care service. Therefore due to delay in service provide I have incurred a heavy financial loss. Today they send me message to stop activation of my mobile phone and demanding for document which I have submitted to the dealer.

Please look in to the matter and take necessary step to avoid such harassment to the customer.
