E-Topup not done since last three days

Hi

I had done done an e-topup for my number (919729038771) on 10/06/08 from my ICICI account for 200Rs. But still it hasnt been done, and the amount has already been deducted from my account. keep calling 121 but there is n extension number where I could talk to some one in person... all sort of computerized messages stored in there. Please help me.
