I have converted my airtel postpaid to prepaid no last week and since that time my outgoing services have been barred.i have been trying to get in touch with the customer care services but assistance is secondary to them they are not even ready listen.i think they have been trained for just transfering the calls rather than listening to the problem and assisting.you should change its name from customer care to customer harrasement services or else take an action ensuring that all your agents are kind enough ti listen ta the problem of a customer.i am from the hospitality where customers satisfaction is of utmost importance and i think so should be the case with you.
i will be obliged if some amendments are made in the quality of your customer services.
