My mobile number is 9970588411. The outgoing & incoming is off since 23rd May. I have submitted the documents for verification for two times.

I tried to get the correct reason from the "Customer Care centre" Aundh Pune, but they anable to give correct information. Also the treatment with customer is very very poor.

Kindly let me know the reason for disconnection.

Request to activate the sim, as i have already submitted the documents for two times.
