Dear Sir/Madam,

I (Ratanlal Gupta) am using airtel prepaid no. 9004646749, on 8-Apr by morning I recharged my phone by Rs. 50. But my account was deducted. and when i complain on customer care they say Rs.50 recharge is special recharge You get 100 local/Std call for 15 days that is valid only in mumbai circal but i am in U.P So how i can use this scheme. please carried forward this balance to main balance so i can use.
