Unnecessary money deduction

I am using this airtel card from last 1 year. i am not satisfied with their services. they deduct ur money without any reason and when u call to ask them abt it, they keep u on hold. through which again they get chance to deduct your money.i donot understand y they deduct money from balance.from the time i have joined airtel nearly 110 rupees have been deducted from my balance without my knowledge.i just want my answer are these people sittins to only fill their pockets or give service to people. it is better now i move to another service provider with this numberb portability.
