Airtel fails to provide offered plan

Since Jan 08 I purchased a airtel bundle plan with LG phone offering Rs 2400/- airtel to airtel free talk time for 24 month & no terms & condition were told.

Every month they have to credit A to A amount in my phone but always fails to do so. On contacting to customer care they will give some untold reasons which was not informed while purchasing. This month also the amount is not credited to my mobile no. 9997547209.
