i am your airtel prepaid costumer. i want gprs to be activated in my cell but your service is too bad i am highly disappointed with your service. my no is 9939337753. i have talked to your costomer care they said your net will be activated in just 1 day but it is not activated since a week. if i calling to your costumer care there is no response your automatic ansering machine sayes to sms but when i am smsing it sayes that please call costumer care. iam totally stuck in this problem
