Eduction in prepaid connection validitiy

Airtel is prepaid mobile connection provider. It offered me a prepaid connection with a validity of 2 years in the month of Feb. However, after 15 days of purchase of card, when i removed my prepaid sim card from my phone for resolving signal problem the validity of the prepaid connection get reduced to ONE month. This is pure unjustice to my purchase agreement that without any intimation to me my validity reduced to one month from 2 years. I have tried to solve the issue with the Customer care executives but they were unable to solve the problem. I approach your reputed organisation for resolving my issue.
