Unbilled amount

Sir,

My unbilled amount was raised from Rs 40 to Approx Rs400 within one day. I had made complain through customer care executive under no F863146666 but told me that we donot have authorisation to see my sudden hike in unbilled amount.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.
