Unable to use service

I have airtel connection registered in chennai and now it's in roaming as i am in my home town for holydays but the connection is behaving abnormally since last 2 days as i am unable to get the service as there is no tower signal in my cell.

I tried for hours calling customer care from my mom's cell but it's usually always busy.

i am afraid i may miss some important but they seem indifferent to this issue.
