Deactivate subscription from airtel live

Sir,

I am writing this complaint in connection with some service from airtellive which is activated on my cell phone and Rs 3 is charged everyday. I have not subscribed to any such service. Number of times I have spoken to customer care to stop this service but they say that they cannot do that from there, you have to logon to some site and deactivate the service which does not work. This is some stupid method of making money and fooling the customers. The msg which comes every day is 'Thanks for using Worldofcircketvideos subscription service from airtel. You have been charged Rs3.' My mob no is 9636384284. May request you to take some strict action airtel people and help me in deactivating this unwanted service.
