Dear Sir/mam,
My mobile no. was 9871459458, i have lost my cell in the month of November last week. I have already submitt my all dues and same days i have generate an request in your outlet in nehru place regarding permanent disconnet this no. then your executive told me that last bill will come in December 07 and you have to pay also that after that no any bill will come to you. I also submit bill of the month December 07. After that your customer care executive has called me around 200-300 times regarding to take card of the same no which i have lost and i ignored everytimes that we dont need this no. i have already another no. And I have also received your letter for the same thing to take this no. free of cost. i also caled her to ignore and disconnect permanently. But after 25 days means in the month of Feb'08 i have received a call from an advocate they told me you have to make a payment of rs. 1200/- and this should be submitt today otherwise you have to come in court tomorrow. and the same day i have make a payment of Rs. 1200/- by the force of your advocte and they told me that now this no. has been close for permanently. After that again i have generate and request to disconection of this no. and again i have received a bill of Rs. 700/- then your customer care executive told me that you have to minimum 500/- then your no. will be disconnet permanently. Okey again i have make payment of Rs.500/- after that again i have received a bill of around Rs.700/- your CCE told me this is last time but minimum you have to make a payment of Rs. 200/- and told me that i am promising to you that after that you will not received any call or any bill for this no.
recently i have received a call from your side regarding to make payment.
pls. Suggest me or i am going to file an FIR regarding this because i have been afraid to heard about AIRTEL.
