Dear Sir/Madam,

This to inform you that I experienced unnecessary deduction from my prepaid mobile account No: 8130258445 for accessing Airtel Live on 1st June between 4:35 pm till 4:58 pm. I called customer care number thrice for the division of deduction but they failed to do so and has deducted some 110 bucks. Request you to please check and take action as soon as possible.
