Hi,

my name is raghu, i am an air tel customer. the customer service is very bad in air tel out let in malleshwaram and the reps are not cistomer friendly. every time i go to make a payment they hav system down time and say that the system is slow, we have to wait for more than 15-20 mins to make a bill payment.

also when i had call customer care and i req to talk to the manager and the rep clearly stated cannot transfer as they dont hav a manager and refused to xfr the call. when asked for corporate office address they denied the info, i hav recording of the call.

pls take necessary action so that we can hav good customer support from air tel
