Disappear of currency

Dear Airtel concerned,

On monday 23rd June we have added currency into our prepaid airtel no.9880682315 for Rs.30/-. The next day when we want make a call we could not, because no currency available. And when we checked with *123#, the balance was showing 0 (zero).

I think now a days these problems are more coming up, as iam hearing from most of my friends an d colleagues.

I would like to have my currency back into my cell no.9880682315 which is a prepaid lifetime incoming facility.

Need reply soon, latest by today evening.
