Money is deducted but not yet recharged

Hi,

I am srikanth from Bangalore. ON 26th of June i reached two mobile numbers through ICICI Net Banking with 55 Rupees each. From Bank the amount got deducted but both mobiles are not recharged. I am struggling to reach Airtel who are providing one of the worst customer care service. No body knows whom i need to contact. Please do the needful help in this regard. The details are as below
