Echarging-talk time

I bought prepaid airtel connection (9818749528) on 21-6-08 with validity upto 2011. When the balance was Rs 90/ i requested the balanced to be increased by Rs 400/ in Sarojini nagar shop, New Delhi. They recharged after taking Rs 400/- to only Rs. 322/-. Why i should not be given full talk time of 400? Hope the company will do the needfull to keep the confidence of the customer
